Retargeting pixels
What retargeting pixels do
A retargeting pixel fires on every click to your short link, before the visitor is redirected to the destination. This lets ad platforms build an audience of everyone who clicked — so you can later show them ads.
Pixels are set per project and apply to all links in that project. They are available on the Growth plan and above.

How to set up
- Open your project and go to Retargeting pixels.
- Paste the pixel ID from the ad platform into the matching field. Leave the others empty.
- Save. Only the pixels you filled in will load — the rest are never requested.
- Open any short link in that project to confirm the pixel fires.
How it works
When a project has at least one pixel set, clicks pass through a fast redirect page (about 250ms) that fires the configured pixels, then forwards the visitor to the destination. Without pixels, links redirect instantly.
Bots and crawlers are redirected directly and never fire a pixel, so your audiences stay clean.
Privacy and speed
Only the pixels you configure are loaded — an empty field means that network's script is never added to the page and its domain is never contacted. Each extra pixel adds one more script to the redirect page, so set only the ones you use.
